We all know that winter is right around the corner – I mean, I think that Halloween kind of marks the end of the fall and the beginning of the winter and it is time for you to go ahead and bring out those beautiful gloves that you have been hiding away forever.

If you are like me, you probably have no idea what trends are out there for gloves.  Well, I have the scoop now and I am going to share that with you!  First and foremost, it is the leather gloves.

Leather this season seems to be extremely popular and definitely a fashion trend do!  If you have some leather gloves that you have been dying to wear, slip ‘em on now!

Oh, Sienna Miller — Sienna Miller, Sienna Miller … what have you done to yourself?  Really, why would you ever consider wearing something like this to a NYC event?  I think that whoever allowed her to go like this is absolutely insane and should be fired … and then committed to the psych ward because whoever thought that this particular dress looks good is terribly mistaken.

What this looks like is something off of Project Runway, where the talent is there but the time is not and it almost looks like it could have been a grudge-punk rocker challenge.  Is that what happened to this design?  Was it a challenge?

Oh lord — Sienna Miller you are going to have to pull yourself out of this one because you are on my Worst Dressed List now.

Chanel has been around for quite some time now – it is not only one brand that is extremely popular, but it is a brand that I think is going to go places … many places.  One of the most surprising accessories I think that they have come out with is this particular pair of sunglasses.

To me – this is actually a pair of sunglasses that is going to change the face of Chanel, for they are so beautiful they are almost icon. These little glasses are actually part of the Chanel Cruise Collection 2009/10 and honestly, I think that they look amazing.

They should be hitting the shelves in Boutiques all over the world next month and just in time for Christmas right?

Did you know that Christmas is actually right around the corner?  Honestly … I have to say that I am so excited about it – not only will I get to buy a heck of a lot of cool stuff, but the gift sets that are coming out are actually amazing.  For example, the Piper Heidsieck’s Le Rituel Box Set?  This incredible set is actually perfect for anyone who loves champagne and fashion.

Christian Louboutin – you know who he is, he is one of the only designers that decided he was going to get in on this gift box and he actually created a shoe that you can drink out of.  This perfectly glass shoe is nothing like Cinderella’s show but it is certainly fashionable and breathtaking.

The heel is the stem and of course it has the signature red sole, which is what Christian Louboutin is known for.

We all know that we have been dealing with the ripped denim fashion trend – while we are not down with that just yet, there is another denim fashion trend that seems to be popping up and it is actually the patched denim fashion trend. 

While I am definitely not a fan of this particular trend, I can tell you that if it is done right – the patched denim look can look pretty good, it just depends on who does it and how it looks on the particular person.  The weird thing about this particular trend is that it fades in and out and it is good for boys and girls.

So if you have some patchwork jeans that you have been dying to wear – go for it!  They are now back in style!

Now that we have talked about one fashion trends that I do not every think is going to take off, let’s go ahead and talk about one that is going to take off.  The Cool Britannia is the fashion trend and I have to say that it is honestly one trend that is awesome! 

British stuff is actually some of the coolest stuff in the world and now that their flag specifically is a fashion trend – I can promise you are going to see if all over.  Cool Britannia is also a trend that has been around for a while – however it has been on the back burner, now it isn’t.

So if you have been waiting for the Cool Britannia to come back, its back people!  So bring out any British stuff you have!

In this particular blog, we have been talking a heck of a lot about fashion trends.  While trends in fashion are difficult to keep track of, I have to say that this particular fashion trend though is one that I would rather forget.  Bunny ears.  That is a trend that seems to be blooming and showing its face on the streets – however, is it really a trend that is going to take off?

That is the question that other fashionistas are looking into.  Personally, I would not ever run around with bunny ears around my head unless money was involved, but hey – that’s me.  You could be different and from the looks of this particular picture, it looks like bunny ears might be a brand new accessory.

So really ladies – what do you think?  Even if the ears were fashionable, would you wear them?

Now that we have talked a little bit about those terrible boots, let’s go ahead and talk about something that I absolutely love!  I think that the leather-cape trend is something that is going to take off!  Not only is it marrying three major trends for 2010 in this one particular look, but I have to say that capes are brand new and they are so hot!

Want to know what the three trends are?  Well, leather – we all know that leather is very, very hot right now, big shoulders because face it – these are some big shoulders and finally the cape trend.  This fits into all of them and is by far the most stylish way to get warm!

So if you are looking for hot – capes that are leather are hot!

It has to be said … Prada is out of their frickin’ mind!  Personally, I think that the newest trend in boots is fantastic … thigh-high, skin tight boots are hot, however the new Prada’s Thigh-High Fishing Waders are … not hot.  Actually, these boots were designed specifically for fishermen so they didn’t get water in their shoes … what is the reason for these?

Personally, I do not think that these things look all that great if only because they are a little bit baggy.  While I thought this particular look did not work on the streets, I am absolutely SURE that this look does not work on the streets – however, model after model are investing their hard-earned money in Prada’s Thigh-High Fishing Waders.

If you are looking for Prada’s Thigh-High Fishing Waders – you better be willing to shell out some dough!
