Capes, Capelets and Cloaks: A 2010 Fashion Trend!
If there is one thing that I have noticed lately for the 2010 fashion trends, it is going to be that Capes, Capelets and Cloaks are the hot item. These beautiful capes, cloaks and capelets all remind me a little bit of the earlier days – like the 40’s where things were easier and fashion was absolutely beautiful. These three particular looks are very different styles and that is what I wanted to show you … the cape does not have to be superman looking, it can be fashionable.
Fringed ponchos are another fashion trend that is coming back, only because it is going to be part of the capes and cloaks trend. Personally, I am excited about this new trend as I am a sucker for capes and cloaks (yes, I know … it’s dorky, but it’s nerd-chic now!).
The cape is absolutely going to be one of the major fashion trends next year, so really make sure that your wardrobe is going to include some of these beautiful pieces!
